The shop offers consignment items in almost perfect condition, but that's the principle, there is only one copy. If you like a piece, don't wait to buy it because tomorrow it may already be gone! If you don't like anything, don't hesitate to say it too, no one is forcing you to do anything!
To consign a product, it's very easy, just go to the store with your item (for information you can consult the list of brands that we appreciate in the "DEPOT-VENTE LUXE" menu).
- These items should be in excellent condition and near new condition if possible.
- They must be impeccable; if this is not the case, we will take them to the dry cleaners and its cost will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you
- Don't forget to bring your identity card and the original purchase invoice for your product (especially for leather goods): for security reasons, we record the identity of our consignees.
We are looking for luxury men’s and women’s clothing in very good condition, costume jewelry and leather goods (mainly bags). For iconic parts, minor defects may be acceptable if disclosed to buyers and reflected in the price.
Due to space constraints, we generally no longer accept shoes.
The principle of our consignment store is to offer a space that showcases your products in an exceptional and central location; buyers will be able to look at them, try them on, unlike online sales sites where it's complicated.
Three stakeholders need to be satisfied:
- you, the submitter of the article;
- the shop that pays rent, miscellaneous charges, VAT;
- the buyer who will be satisfied to acquire a product at an attractive price.
For a ready-to-wear item:
- you will receive 50% of the price excluding tax
example: an item sold for €120: €20 VAT, €50 for you and €50 for Ale Paris.
For a luxury leather goods item (Hermès, Chanel, Dior):
- you will receive 70% of the price excluding tax
example: for a bag sold for €1,200: €200 VAT, €700 for you and €300 for Ale Paris.
We accept major bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, as well as secure online payments.
However, we do not accept payments via Amex.
Tax Refund & Right of Withdrawal
Sales are not eligible for tax refunds and do not benefit from a legal withdrawal period, in accordance with our consignment/unique pieces status.
Currency-related fees
If you are purchasing from abroad, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. We recommend checking directly with your bank.
Sales Policy
If you wish, we can custom-make an item for you when you purchase it. The price of the service will depend on the extent of the alteration.
International delivery
We regularly ship our products to Europe, the USA, etc. For the USA, we ship with FedEx for example. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about an item you would like to purchase.
Creation deadlines
Depending on the complexity, plan 4 to 8 weeks of design, including taking measurements, fittings and adjustments.
Payment terms
Before starting the design of the part, it is imperative to settle the total amount.
Process
Discovery & moodboard meeting.
Sketches and choice of materials.
Canvas and fitting (in the case of a remote control, only the measurements are necessary)
Final production and hand delivery (or sending of the part)

Payment protection
All transactions are secured using 256-bit SSL/TLS, the same level of security used by banks.
We never keep your credit card numbers. Payments are processed only via certified providers.
Each online payment may require additional validation (SMS code or banking application) to ensure that it is indeed the cardholder.
Management of personal data
We only ask for the information strictly necessary to process your order (name, address, email, phone for delivery).
During each form, you know exactly what data is collected and why (order, tracking, newsletter, etc.).
Your data is kept only for the necessary legal time (invoicing, accounting obligations) and then archived or anonymized.
Confidentiality & sharing
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for commercial purposes.
Only our logistics or payment providers receive the essential data (e.g. carrier for delivery). They are bound by confidentiality clauses.
Cookies & traceability
Essential cookies only: necessary for the functioning of the site (shopping cart, secure connection).
Audience measurement or advertising cookies are only activated after your explicit agreement via the dedicated banner.
