General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
1. Purpose and Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) aim to define the terms and conditions of sale between the company AJL CONCEPT, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 83872552100010 and located at 6 passage du Grand Cerf 75002 PARIS, and any buyer wishing to make a purchase on the website www.aleparis.fr.
Unless otherwise specified, these GTCS apply to any sale of second-hand luxury products made on the website www.aleparis.fr to customers located within the European Union.
2. Products Offered
The products offered for sale on the website are second-hand luxury products, such as clothing, accessories, and leather goods.
All products are in good condition, cleaned, and authenticated before being put online on the website.
3. Price and Payment
The prices of the products are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT), excluding any possible delivery charges. The price indicated on the product sheet is the final price.
The payment of products is made online by credit card or any other secure means of payment accepted by the website www.aleparis.fr.
4. Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer during the order, within a period of 5 to 10 working days from the receipt of payment.
The amount of delivery charges is specified during the order and depends on the destination and weight of the parcel.
5. Right of Withdrawal
For purchases made from within the European Union: In accordance with European regulations, the buyer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product at their expense. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, unworn, and accompanied by all accessories in its original packaging.
For purchases made outside the European Union: Returns are not accepted, and all sales are considered final.

The company AJL CONCEPT reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time. The modifications are binding on users of the website www.aleparis.fr from the time they are put online and cannot apply to transactions concluded prior to their publication.
